Zadavatel si dale v souladu s 100 odst. 3 ZZVZ vyhrazuje pravo zadat nove slu?by nahradni autobusove dopravy v p?ipad? prodlou?eni doby trvani vyluky na trati. P?edpokladana hodnota t?chto novych slu?eb ?ini 9 000 000 CZK (slovy: dev?t milion? CZK) bez DPH. Celkova p?edpokladana hodnota ve?ejne zakazky v?etn? p?edpokladane hodnoty vyhrazene zm?ny na nove slu?by ?ini 39 000 000 CZK (slovy: t?icet dev?t milion? CZK) bez DPH. Prava zadat nove slu?by zadavatel vyu?ije v navaznosti na p?ipadne prodlou?eni vyluky na trati v d?sledku neukon?eni stavebnich praci, nejpozd?ji do 3 let ode dne uzav?eni smlouvy na tuto ve?ejnou zakazku, a to na zaklad? jednaciho ?izeni bez uve?ejn?ni dle 66 ZZVZ. b) Dodavatel dolo?i p?ehled o po?tu a druhu nabizenych vozidel uva?ovanych k zaji?t?ni pln?ni p?edm?tu ve?ejne zakazky, ze ktereho vyplyne, ?e ma k dispozici minimaln? 10 autobus?, ka?dy o celkove kapacit? min. 70 mist, z toho s nejmen? 40 misty k sezeni pro cestujici a ka?dy s mistem nejmen? pro dva d?tske ko?arky v prostoru pro cestujici, 2 vozidla, ka?de o kapacit? nejmen? 16 mist k sezeni pro cestujici, 4 vozidla, ka?de s kapacitou pro p?epravu nejmen? 10 jizdnich kol. Sta?i (doba od 1. registrace vozidla uvedene v Technickem pr?kazu vozidla) ?adneho z vozidel nesmi p?ekro?it hranici 15 let. V p?ehledu o po?tu a druhu nabizenych vozidel uva?ovanych k zaji?t?ni pln?ni p?edm?tu ve?ejne zakazky bude uvedeno, zda se jedna o vozidla u?astnika ?i p?ipadneho pod-dodavatele.
