De opdracht omvat de voorwaarden waaronder de levering van arbodienstverlening zal plaatsvinden. Dit houdt in de terbeschikkingstelling van arbo-professionals, zoals bedrijfsartsen (incidenteel in de rol van arts-gemachtigde, second opinion-arts of keuringsarts) en verdere arbo-specialisten als bijvoorbeeld (maar niet limitatief) arbeidshygienisten, arbeids- en organisatiekundigen en veiligheidskundigen. Daarnaast behoort de levering van ondersteuning aan arbo-professionals en het team Arbo en Verzuim van Personeel en Organisatieadvies/Arbo en Verzuim van gemeente Amsterdam (voeren van administratie, toegang tot een afsprakensysteem en ondersteunende systemen) en de ter beschikking stelling van RI&E toetsers tot de opdracht.

De gemeente is hierbij op zoek naar een (1) arbodienstverlener die personeel kan leveren die opdrachtgever als werkgever en werknemer adviseert, coacht en helpt tot maximale inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers te komen.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

De totale omvang aan arbodienstverlening bedraagt naar schatting gedurende de overeenkomst-periode (inclusief verlenging) per jaar het volgende:

1. ter beschikking stelling bedrijfsartsen: 180 uur per week;

2. ondersteuning bedrijfsartsen/arbo-professionals en team Arbo en Verzuim (voeren van administratie, toegang tot een afsprakensysteem en ondersteunende systemen) op een populatie van circa 13 000 medewerkers;

3. ter beschikking stelling RI&E toetsers: 50 tot 60 stuks toetsen per jaar.

Incidenteel zal opdrachtgever de ter beschikking stelling van bedrijfsartsen in de rol van arts-gemachtigde, second opinion-arts of keuringsarts en verdere arbo-specialisten als bijvoorbeeld (maar niet limitatief) arbeidshygienisten, arbeids- en organisatiekundigen en veiligheidskundigen afnemen.
