? fatturato specifico per la gestione di servizi analoghi a quelli oggetto dell'appalto svolti in favore di soggetti pubblici e privati nelle Residenze per anziani per un importo medio annuo non inferiore a 1 000 000 EUR (un milione di euro) nell'ultimo triennio (2014-2016).

? Sede operativa in Toscana o impegno ad attivare una sede operativa nel territorio per tutta la durata del contratto entro 15 (quindici) giorni dalla aggiudicazione e comunque non piu tardi della data di inizio dei servizi;

? Possesso di certificazione di qualita EN ISO 9001:2008 o superiore, relativa ai servizi oggetto della gara.
