Zadavatel si vyhrazuje zm?nu zavazku ve smyslu 100 odst. 3 zakona ?. 134/2016 Sb., o zadavani ve?ejnych zakazek (dale jen ?zakon), a to pravo na poskytnuti novych slu?eb vybranym dodavatelem (dale jen ?vyhrazene pln?ni), p?i?em?:

a) vyhrazene pln?ni bude vybranemu dodavateli zadavano v jednacich ?izenich bez uve?ejn?ni postupem podle 66 zakona,

b) p?edpokladana hodnota vyhrazeneho pln?ni nep?evy?uje 30 % p?edpokladane hodnoty ve?ejne zakazky,

c) jednaci ?izeni bez uve?ejn?ni, v nich? bude vyhrazene pln?ni vybranemu dodavateli zadavano, budou zahajovana do 3 let od uzav?eni smlouvy, resp. smluv, na pln?ni ve?ejne zakazky,

Dodavatel podle 77 odst. 1 zakona ?. 134/2016 Sb., o zadavani ve?ejnych zakazek (dale jen ?zakon) prokazuje spln?ni profesni zp?sobilosti ve vztahu k ?eske republice p?edlo?enim vypisu z obchodniho rejst?iku nebo jine obdobne evidence, pokud jiny pravni p?edpis zapis do takove evidence vy?aduje.

Zadavatel v souladu s 77 odst. 2 pism. a) zakona po?aduje, aby dodavatel p?edlo?il doklad, ?e je opravn?n podnikat v rozsahu odpovidajicimu p?edm?tu ve?ejne zakazky, pokud jine pravni p?edpisy takove opravn?ni vy?aduji.
