II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

Le marche est conclu en application des articles 67 et 68 du decret n 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. Le marche est passe sur prix global et forfaitaire revisable. Le marche est unique. Le delai previsionnel d'execution de la mission est de 42 mois. La date previsionnelle de demarrage des prestations est fixee a decembre 2017. La mission confiee sera une mission au sens de la loi n 93-1418 du 31 decembre 1993 et des textes pris pour son application. La mission porte a la fois sur les phases conception et realisation de l'operation de 1 ere categorie. Le delai previsionnel d'execution des travaux est de 36 mois. Le montant previsionnel des travaux est de 18 900 000 EUR HT. La date previsionnelle de demarrage des travaux est 2nd semestre 2018.

Les candidatures seront appreciees en fonction des garanties et capacites techniques et financieres, ainsi que des references professionnelles, des candidats. Les candidats auront a produire les documents mentionnes ci-apres. Dans le cas d'un groupement d'entreprises, chaque membre du groupement aura a produire lesdits documents. ? la lettre de candidature, sur la base de l'imprime DC1 (modele figurant dans le dossier de consultation), ? la declaration du candidat, sur la base de l'imprime DC2 (modele figurant dans le dossier de consultation). Les candidats qui le souhaitent peuvent presenter leur candidature sous la forme d'un document unique de marche europeen (DUME), a condition qu'il ne constitue pas un echange de donnees structurees. Le DUME sera produit en lieu et place des DC1 et DC2.
