Le present appel d'offres a pour objet la fourniture en location, la maintenance et la mise en service de systemes multifonctions ? MFP ? de Business France pour ses sites de Paris (siege) et de Marseille, incluant la fourniture des consommables associes au parc installe.
Le candidat doit etre en mesure de garantir un haut niveau de service tant sur la fourniture de materiel et de consommables que sur les operations de maintenance, mais aussi sur le reporting permettant de suivre l'utilisation du parc de MFP. L'offre du candidat devra integrer la volonte de Business France de conserver la solution PaperCut NG en exploitation, avec une evolution probable en PaperCut MF.

Description of these options: Option 1: lecteur de badges
Le soumissionnaire est invite a proposer en option une solution de lecteur de badges, compatible avec le parc de badges d'acces de technologie HID qui equipe actuellement les utilisateurs Business France.
Le parc de badges HID est d'environ 700 unites.
Le boitier lecteur de badges peut se presenter sous 2 formats:
? soit interne, integre au MFP,
? soit externe, boitier fixe sur le MFP et raccorde sur le port adapte.
Option 2: solution logicielle PaperCut MF
Business France a decide de conserver la solution PaperCut pour le pilotage de son parc MFP et imprimantes, et envisage de migrer vers la version PaperCut MF.
Il est donc demande en option au soumissionnaire de presenter son offre d'integration et de mise a disposition de la solution PaperCut MF.
