II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

La presente consultation est lancee par Seolis au nom et pour le compte de VMH 11, afin de selectionner un prestataire specialise dans la maintenance et l'exploitation de centrale photovoltaique au sol. Cette consultation intervient dans le cadre du projet relatif a la future centrale basee a Bedenac dont VMH 11 sera proprietaire a 100 %.

La prestation se compose des principales missions suivantes:

? assistance a la maitrise d'ouvrage pour la reception complete du Bien a maintenir, y compris la reception des documents afferents et la participation aux formations / informations associees,

? assistance a la maitrise d'ouvrage pour la mise en service complete du Bien a maintenir et la participation aux formations / informations associees,

? la supervision et conduite du systeme concernant l'ensemble du Bien a maintenir,

? maintenance preventive: un plan de maintenance decrivant la nature et la periodicite minimale des interventions est remis au Prestataire prealablement a la date de reception du Bien a maintenir. Le Prestataire s'assure de la conformite de ce plan de maintenance avec les prescriptions determinees par les fournisseurs des equipements du Bien a maintenir, de telle sorte que le Proprietaire beneficie des garanties fournies par ceux-ci,

? la Maintenance curative, dont les reparations eventuelles de tout dommage survenant sur le Bien a maintenir,

? la surveillance du Site 24h / 24 et 7j /7,

? l'entretien courant du Site et de ses equipements annexes (nettoyage),

? la gestion administrative courante, comprenant notamment la gestion des factures, les controles periodiques reglementaires et la gestion des garanties, ainsi que le cas echeant, la preparation des dossiers destines aux assureurs ,

? les travaux de mise en conformite reglementaire eventuellement necessaires,

? la gestion du stock des pieces detachees,

? les rapports d'activite de production periodiques: hebdomadaires, mensuels et annuels.

Au cours des deux (2) premieres annees du Contrat, le Prestataire assure egalement les missions suivantes:

? le suivi de la correction des reserves eventuellement constatees lors de la reception,

? la validation de performance eu egard aux donnees du PVSYST.
