Pour obtenir tous les renseignements complementaires qui leur seraient necessaires au cours de leur etude, les candidats devront faire parvenir au plus tard 8 jours calendaires avant la date limite de reception des offres, une demande ecrite: ? sur la plateforme de dematerialisation suivante: http://www.achatpublic.com Les reponses aux questions seront accessibles sur la plateforme de dematerialisation www.achatpublic.com et les operateurs economiques ayant rempli le formulaire d'identification pour acceder aux documents de la consultation, recevront un mail d'information de la plateforme. Compte tenu de la nature des travaux du present marche (contraintes d'execution, difficultes d'acces, ...), une visite des sites est fortement recommandee. Elle sera prise en compte pour l'analyse des offres. Une attestation de visite sera remise et jointe a l'offre. Un registre des visites sera egalement conserve par l'universite.cette visite s'effectuera sur une periode de 15 jours: du 9 Octobre 2017 au 20 Octobre 2017 inclus. Aucune visite ne pourra etre programmee en dehors de cette periode.il appartiendra au candidat de prendre rendez-vous avec les coordonnateurs designes. Les noms des coordonnateurs ainsi que les responsables de visites de chaque site sont indiques sur l'annexe du C.C.A.P.
