Leistungsgegenstand des zukunftigen Auftragnehmers ist die Generalplanung, bestehend aus der Projektleitung, der Planungskoordination, den Architektenleistungen, der statischen und konstruktiven Bearbeitung, der Haustechnikplanung, der Elektrotechnikplanung, der Baustellenkoordination und der ortlichen Bauaufsicht, fur die beabsichtigten Sanierungsmanahmen. Die Umsetzung der erforderlichen Manahmen ist aus budgetaren Grunden in mehreren Bauabschnitten geplant: Projekt / Manahmen (Bauabschnitt 1):

? Fassadensanierung des Hauptgebaudes, der Prufhalle, der Werkstatt und der ehemaligen Hausmeisterwohnung.

? Dachsanierung des Hauptgebaudes.

? Erneuerung bzw. Austausch der Fensterkonstruktionen.

? Erneuerung bzw. Austausch der Turkonstruktion beim Haupteingang inkl. Windfang im? Gangbereich.

? Einbau/Montage einer elektronischen Schlieanlage an den Haupteingangen (Gebaudezugange). Projekt / Manahmen (Bauabschnitt 2):

? Schaffung bzw. Umsetzung der Barrierefreiheit gema den Vorschriften inkl. Sanierung der Auenanlagen.

? Aufstockung der Nebengebaude (Prufhalle, Werkstatt und ehemalige Hausmeisterwohnung), Erhohung der Buronutzflachen und Flachdachsanierung Hauptgebaude. Leistungsgegenstand des zukunftigen Auftragnehmers ist vorerst ausschlielich die Erstellung einer Machbarkeitsstudie der Manahmen des 2. Bauabschnittes in zwei unterschiedlichen Varianten, nicht jedoch die Leistungen der Generalplanung.
