La presente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de mobilier de bureau et d'electromenager a realiser au fur et a mesure des besoins de Paris Habitat. Les prestations font l'objet de 2 lots qui donneront lieu chacun a l'etablissement d'un accord-cadre a bons de commandes au sens des articles 78 et 80 du decret n 2016-360 du 25.3.2016, d'un montant maximum annuel de 210 000 EUR HT pour le lot n1 et d'un montant maximum annuel de 8 500 EUR HT pour le lot n 2. Les candidats peuvent s'interesser a l'un des lots ou bien aux deux.

L'offre presentee par le candidat devra porter sur l'ensemble des prestations du lot considere.

Les justificatifs a produire obligatoirement sont:

? le document intitule Document Unique de Marche Europeen (DUME): cadre adapte obligatoire (a defaut sera accepte le formulaire type etabli par la commission europeenne ou equivalent), joint dans le Dossier de la Consultation.

Ce document, pour chaque operateur economique intervenant dans le cadre de la consultation, sera obligatoirement a completer conformement au reglement de la consultation.

Le candidat n'a pas la possibilite de presenter pour le marche plusieurs offres en agissant a la fois:
