NASPO ValuePoint RFP 24823 Police Radar/Lidar Speed Enforcement & Accident Scene Reconstruction.
All offeror proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM Central Time on March 22, 2024.
The RFP is available on Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions platform. To access the posting (and submit a bid), bidders will need to register
an account on the lead state’s vendor platform, WEBS (wa.gov) . Once logged in, interested parties can search for the Solicitation using the Customer
Reference Number 24823, or find it alphabetically in the Posted Solicitations database under the title “POLICE RADAR/LIDAR SPEED
ENFORCEMENT & ACCIDENT SCENE RECONSTRUCTION”.
The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies,
institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of
Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual chief procurement official and
compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
The State of South Dakota is a member of NASPO ValuePoint and may utilize any contract that is awarded as result of this RFP. A final
decision on South Dakota’s participation will be made after the award decision has been made by the State of Washington and the
participating States.
