NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Do not submit responses through ESM Sourcing; please submit your response as specified in the RFP document.
The City of Hartford is accepting sealed bids for electrical work for a concession building at Swenson Sports Complex. Sealed
bids will be received at the City Hall, 125 N Main Ave, Hartford, South Dakota, 57033, until 1:00p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2024,
at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Swenson Sports
Complex Concession Building – Electrical". Bids submitted via telephone, email, or fax machine will not be accepted.
Specifications and minimum requirements are available at Hartford City Hall. For more information, you may contact the City
Finance Office at 605-528-6187. All questions can be directed to the City of Hartford Public Works Superintendent, Craig
Wagner at 605-366-6115.
The City of Hartford reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
