VA Northport VAMC Olympus is the manufacturer of the EVIS EXERA II CF-H180AL Scope (SN: 2909962) parts cannot be repaired, maintained, or upgraded by any 3rd party due to the device currently being at Olympus America Inc for evaluation.
This notice of intent to sole source with justification satisfies the public posting requirements of FAR 13.501.
This notice is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
