Provide seeding including topsoil at the area after demolishing of any buildings and exterior site elements. Remove and cap unnecessary utility service lines such as electrical line, natural gas line/gas regulator station, COMM/CA TV line, water line, and sewer line to the main line according to Government COR’s direction. The contractor shall segregate the light bulbs and ballasts by brand and type. Florescent lights containing mercury shall be disposed IAW USFK Reg 201-1, KEGS.
