Description

This market research is to support early planning activities to provide cost estimation and knowledge sharing services utilizing the SEER software to build an IT Lifecycle Cost Estimate, which will assist Census with cost estimates and planning for all IT supporting the 2030 Census. The primary goal of this phase is to develop reliable cost estimates that are critical for program planning, budgeting, and financial management.
