Contract Opportunity Update 3/18/2024 - GSA has posted Questions & Answers (Q&A's) received as of 3/18/2024. No other changes have been made to this opportunity.
The General Services Administration intends to award a firm fixed price design build construction contract for elevator modernization of two (2) passenger elevators and one (1) service elevator at the Providence Rhode Island Federal Courthouse, located at 1 Exchange Ter, Providence, RI 02903. A site visit is schedule for March 19th 2024 at 11 am. Please see the solicitation for additional information on scheduling.
