DLA is a combat support agency in the Department of Defense. DLA provides supplies to the

military services and supports their acquisition of weapons, fuel, repair parts, and other

materials. DLA Troop support and other DLA activities are tenants at the Naval Support

Activity Philadelphia. DLA currently resides in areas within six separate buildings on the

property.The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and labor

necessary to ensure that services are performed at NSA Philadelphia, techniques in accordance

with these contract requirements. to provide emergency first aid to Defense Logistics Agency

employees. Only individuals specifically and formally certified by the American Heart

Association in Automated External Defibrillator (AED) procedures, anyone is permitted to use a

public access AED in the event of an emergency.
