This is a Sources Sought to identify sources capable of fulfilling the following requirement. The following parts, manufactured by Hale Products, Inc., are determined to be necessary to restore firefighting capability of a fire truck. Equivalent items will be considered, but they must be compatible with the Hale 4HPS Pump Assembly, part number 501-00024-000.

Required Parts:

• Part # 501-00024-002-50, 1 EACH, Ultra High Pressure/High Pressure Pump Assembly. This pump assembly bolts to existing Hale Ultra High Pressure gear box assembly, part number 504-00023-000. The remaining parts listed below enable connection of 501-00024-002-50 to 501-00024-000.


• Part # 046-0090-00-0, 2 EACH, GASKET, VHQ-295V


• Part # 217-1300-01-0, 2 EACH, ENDCAP 90X10EC


• Part # 046-5270-01-0, 1 EACH, GASKET, COVER, DRIVE UNIT


• Part # 040-1450-00-0, 5 EACH, O-Ring


• Part # 040-00032-000, 4 EACH, O-Ring

Sources capable and willing to provide this item or a fully compatible item are requested to email a response with “Sources Sought W50S9F-24-Q-0008” in the subject line and shall provide the following information:
