Description
The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), San Antonio, Texas intends to establish a up to four (4) pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Mortuary Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) to vendors whose offer represent the best overall value to the Government. Period of Performance: 1 Jun 2024 to 31 May 2029.Questions/Concern: Questions regarding this RFQ can be sent to Contracting Specialist, SSgt John Mulholland, john.mulholland.1@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer, Doralo Fuller, doralo.fuller@us.af.mil before 24 April 2024, 10:00 a.m. San Antonio Texas Local Time, using attachment 6, BPA Question Form.Please ensure to read and return the attached RFQ filled out and signed, to include the attachment 4, Price list and attachment 3, Provisions and Clauses with your quotes no later than 01 May 2024 at 1400 CST.
