This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-24-Q-0143. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. NAICS Code 339950 Sign Manufacturing and business size is 500# of employees. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 27 March 2024 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Requirements

The Scope of Work of this requirement is for contractor to custom graphic design, provide and install ten (10) digital prints on three (3) food service bars, two (2) serving lines, one (1) cashier counter and four (4) grill fronts at Naval Air Station Lemoore OPS galley dining area in full color, matte or gloss laminate finish as specified in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor will provide design, materials, labor, supervision, installation, cleanup and delivery of all items listed, unless noted otherwise in strict accordance with these specifications, applicable drawings and local codes including that which is reasonably inferred.

Period of Performance: 15 April 2024 to 1 July 2024
Delivery: FOB Destination.
Inspection and acceptance: At Destination by the Government.
Method of Payment: WAWF
Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
