The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use disorder, mental health, sex offender, and medication assisted treatment services.
The contractor will provide services within a 10 mile radius of the U.S. Post Office located at 4801 N. 4th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on August 1, 2023 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on July 31, 2028. The services required for this contract include a Base Year and Option Years One through Four. The following services are required and may be subcontracted to another licensed contractor.

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services (CTS) most recent Statement of Work, dated October 2020. The request for quote will be available on or after May 25, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov website (www.sam.gov). Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about June 26, 2023.
Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement will be setaside for small businesses. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.
