The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The RFP is for a five (5) year Requirements Contract for two National Stock Numbers (NSNs) (detailed below). Pursuant to the authority of 10 USC 3204(b)(B), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), this requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competitive basis with Kidde Technologies Inc.
