This shall serve as a notice to synopsize an upcoming KC46 Consumables Performance Based contract for support of a total of 16,069 consumable NIINs/items in support of the KC46 Pegasus. This follow-on to current support of the Consumables NIINs will be awarded for an anticipated PoP not to exceed October 8, 2025 through October 7, 2035 to include a 3 year base and several option periods. It is anticipated that award for these sole-source consumables will be made as a subsumable against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) SPRPA122D001U contract with The Boeing Company, cage code 0PXV4.
The BCOI contract represents a performance-based supply chain management program to support Boeing aviation platforms (AV-8B, C-17, CH-37, F/A-18, F-15, KC-135, B-52, B-1, E-3, AGM-84/86, P-8, and KC-46). This contract includes wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, sustaining engineering.
A complete list of the anticipated NIINs to be supported under this present effort is attached.
The anticipated contract will be awarded by DLA Aviation Philadelphia against the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, SPRPA1-14-D-002U with The Boeing Company, Cage Code 0PXV4, located in Saint Louis, MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The BCOI contract is strategic in nature and will be the primary vehicle for the direct material support. Boeing will be required to fill DoD customer requisitions for the Stock Numbers in the market basket (NSNs) (See Attached Market Basket).
