This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. EEO Support Services
The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Services contract aims to provide comprehensive support to ensure equal employment opportunity, prevention of discrimination, and resolution of workplace disputes in accordance with federal laws and regulations. This contract supports Marine Corps Installation East Bases: Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, and Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort in promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, processing complaints of discrimination, and providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with a disability. All services shall be completed remotely. This requirement is 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business.
It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed-price contract. The proposed acquisition is for full and open competition. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541612 - Human Resources Consulting Services. The size standard for this requirement is $29 Million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR subpart 13.5 (Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items).
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. The solicitation, M6700124Q0012, will be posted on or about fifteen (15) days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities portal located at https://www.sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/. Contactors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them on the SAM website. All prospective offerors interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at http://piee.eb.mil.
