James A. Haley is seeking capable SDVOSBs/VOSBs to provide iViews Remote, qty. and instruments connection Lakeland, qty. 12. Brand name only. Licenses for software access currently in use within the department across all imaging clinic locations and all modalities at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa Florida 33612.

This system, currently procured and utilized by the VA within VISN 8 as a standard for transmitting ophthalmology imagery to be reviewed and diagnosed by clinical staff. This software enables the Ophthalmologist to receive, review, and diagnose patient images from a remote location (to the patient). Since iView is utilized within VISN 8 for this purpose, no other software solution will be able to integrate into the current VA iView network/system.

The contractor shall provide licenses listed below:
The iViews Imaging System is an informatics application for use in ophthalmology clinics.
This software allows for diagnostic reviewing through application access on the desktop wherever the ophthalmic imaging and electronic reports are needed for review.
Once the images are sent through the iViews Imaging System to the imaging server, all images and Portable Document Format (PDF) files are available for viewing in iViews.
This solution uses Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server database to store imaging and patient data. All data is stored on iViews servers that are hosted on VA premises.
Data is encrypted using Microsoft SQL encryption.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Licenses and software will be deployed at JAHVH LAKELAND CBOC, Lakeland, FL located at: 2080 Meadowbrook Park Blvd. Lakeland, FL 33803.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: All units to be delivered to the project site on or around 5/1/2024.
The applicable NAICS for this service is 513199 (1000 employees) SBA Size Standard.
Any interested and capable firms are requested to provide the following information:

SDVOSB shall ensure:
