Description

Statement of Work:



Base Item – Replace approximately 25’ long, 6” dia sewer pipe between Forest Service manhole and the City of Kettle Falls manhole approximately 18 feet deep. Replace Forest Service manhole with proper standard manhole with ladder. Install rail system in City’s manhole (rail system provided by City).





Options – Replace approximately 50’ (25’ each) of 4” dia sewer pipe between bunkhouse buildings cast sewer pipe and 6” dia PCV sewer main. Existing building supply line is approximately 7’ deep. Existing main line is approximately 18’ deep. Install clean out at mainline connections.



Government Estimated Magnitude of Cost: $25,000 - $100,000



Estimated Period of Performance: October 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023
