Question 1. On the B.2 Price/Cost Schedule should CLIN s 0008, 1008, 2008, 3008, and 4008 be Hired Car Billable Waiting Times (Billable in 15 minutes) instead of Hired Car Billable Incomplete Pickups ?
VA Response: CLIN 0008 Hired Car Billable Incomplete Pickups should be Waiting Time (Billable in 15 minutes increments) and quantities are correct.

How will the schedule be provided daily? Â Please confirm that the orders will be furnished either as an Excel spreadsheet via encrypted email or via the VetRide portal.
VA Response: The schedule be provided via encrypted email while training and access to Vetride system is granted to the contractor.

Please advise if The driver shall report to the VA Travel office or, if after hours the AOD to receive a signed voucher authorizing the ride to be performed. applies to all trips or if it only applies to late add-on trips.
VA Response: The driver shall contact the AOD to obtain authorization for late add on trips. AOD s are available after hours & weekends and holidays. Question 4. Statement of Work Item# 11 Page 29
SOW 11.0 states patients shall not be picked up more than two (2) hours of their scheduled medical appointment, but SOW 3.0 a-e does not state that the orders received will include appointment times. Will the contractor receive both the time of pick up and appointment time? Â Will the contractor have flexibility to adjust the time if we do not schedule an arrival earlier than two (2) hours of medical appointment time? Â
VA Response: The list is provided the previous day by 3 pm with patient name, address, appointment time, pick up time, and other pertinent Information which will include any special needs.

VA Response: The contractor does not have the flexibility to adjust the time.
