The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Chief of Contracting Office (COCO) appreciates your continued interest in the TIES requirement. The Government has completed its review of industry input and is contemplating the use of an Other Transaction (OT) vice a Commercial Solutions Opening Pilot (CSOP). The decision on the use of an OT will be made NLT February 8, 2024. CISA plans to release the solicitation on or about February 12, 2024.
Attached to this notice are the Government responses to questions submitted as part of the Industry Day held on December 13, 2023.
