Amendment 0001 is issued to answer a question received about the solicitation.

Question: In regards to the "Technical" requirements on page 4 - "Offerors must have a valid Colorado consulting archaeological permit. Offerors must also have a Colorado Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation consulting permit prior to conducting work in the field office." Can this be subcontracted, and if so, will the subcontractor's credentials be considered technically acceptable?

Answer: Yes, the work can be subcontracted. The subcontractor, or who ever will be conducting the survey, must hold a valid permit.
