The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before 13 April 2024 at 2 pm CENTRAL time in accordance with the instructions found in Section L of the Solicitation. The resulting contract awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single Task Order Contract (SATOC) as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District.

The contract awarded will include bothcost reimbursement and firm fixed price task orders, for response actions andremediation of various hazardous waste sites.
