Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Department of Defense that is expiring in Monroeville, PA.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,836 ANSI/BOMA office area and five (5) adjacent structured parking spaces. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,836
Term: Ten (10) years/Five (5) years firm term
Tenant Improvements: Modified TI
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”/“500-Year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by May 1, 2024. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
