Description

The proposed contract action to exercise one (1) of two remaining Option Periods on Contract W52P1J20P3021 for Preventative Maintenance Service of a OMAX Water Jet (commercial item) Option Period 3 28 September 2023 through 27 September 2024 for the amount of $16,391.00; Option Period 4 for the amount of $16,883.00 is for the period of 28 September 2024 through 27 September 2025 in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not an invitation to bid, the Government awarded a contract to Phillips Corporation for a base year period plus four – one year option periods with only one source under the authority of 6.302 on 28 September 2020.
