Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary upgrade 170 fluorescent lamps and 142 light fixtures with LED lamps and fixtures in five separate office areas at federal buildings in Rapid City and Pierre, South Dakota. The work shall be completed within 45 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The project’s estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
The solicitation will be issued on February 15, 2024, at https://sam.gov/, with offers due on March 14, 2024. Anticipated award date is March 29, 2024. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be REGISTERED and ACTIVE with the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered.
