Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire inspection, maintenance, and repair services for the security systems at all of the ROTHR (Relocatable Over-The-Horizon Radar) sites located on government property in Puerto Rico, Texas and Virginia. Inspection and maintenance services are also required on the Fire Alarm Systems at the Texas and Puerto Rico sites. The contractor shall be factory certified on the IdentiCard/Premisys system (to include software updates and technical support capability) and the Fiber Sensys FOIDS system.

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate through a small business set-aside using FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures.
The placement of a firm fixed price purchase order with a 12-month base period beginning 1 April 2024, plus four one-year options is anticipated. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) https://www.neco.navy.mil under solicitation N00189-24-R-Z043.
