Description

The USDA Forest Service, Forest Products Laboratory, Madison WI intends to issue a firm fixed price, award for elevator preventative maintenance, monthly inspection and repairs as needed. There is a total of 7 elevators (different manufacturers and types) located at 4 separate buildings on the FPL campus at One Gifford Pinchot Dr., Madison, WI 53726. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, incidental engineering, and management required to perform the maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain elevator, systems in accordance with the manufacturer's original specifications, Wisconsin Elevator Code and Regulations, American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Wisconsin Occupational Safety and Health (AOSH), and Joint Commission (JACO) standards (all strictly enforced and adhered to).





The award will be issued as base contract with 4 option years.



The procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) – Simplified acquisitions. The anticipated award date is 12/1/2023. The Northern American Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 811310 and $12.5 million. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notification.
