FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION



Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI)


Greenville, NC



This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI) in Greenville, NC. The Government will negotiate a full and open lease in Greenville, NC within the following delineated area: (North: City limits below Tar River (1st Street)


South : Laurie Ellis Road (this includes the adjacent town of Winterville)


East : City limits (Portertown Road)


West : City limits (I-587 / Frog Level Road) ) The Government will negotiate a lease for the FBI approximately 3,400 rentable square feet of office space.




Required : All services, supplies, utilities, relocation costs, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before December, 2018. Term: The lease term will be for 15 years 10 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
