NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a requirement for the repair of Government Furnished Equipment in Fiscal Year 2018 with options for repair in Fiscal Years 2019 and 2020 for Government Furnished Equipment in support of the Gray Eagle Unmanned Aircraft System. The contract vehicle anticipated is a modification to contract W58RGZ-13-C-0109. The effort is anticipated to be sole source to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., in accordance with 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
