Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) Philadelphia Office is issuing this Sources Sought Synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the capability to provide annual licenses and subscriptions for single point access to web-based specifications, standards, directives, manuals and logistics information necessary for the NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS) command.
