This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is not a request for proposal. We are seeking sources that can satisfy a follow-on requirement for Facilities Support Services at United States Coast Guard Aviation Training Center Mobile, Mobile, Alabama. The existing contract, awarded under 70Z08420DAA852400 ends 30 September 2024. The follow-on contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with one 12-month base period plus four option periods beginning on 01 October 2024. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 561210 – Facilities Support Services applies with a size standard of $47 Million. This notice is issued to identify sources capable of providing all services, materials, supplies, plant supervision, labor, and equipment, except as specified as Government-furnished, required to operate, maintain, repair, improve, and construct real property facilities and equipment; and provide services, including but not limited to Food Service Equipment, Transportation Services, Electrical Systems, Heating Systems, Water Distribution Systems, Sewage Systems, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Plant and Systems, Buildings and Structures, Grounds Maintenance, Surfaced Area Maintenance, Trash Collection and Disposal, Fire Protection Systems, and Fire Preventions Services at USCG ATC Mobile, AL.
