An area within the town of Chelmsford, MA starting at the intersection of Riverneck Road and Billerica Road, continuing southeast on Billerica Road, to the intersection of Billerica Road and MA Route 3. Continuing North on Route 3 to where Riverneck Road crosses MMA Route 3 continuing West on Riverneck Road to Billerica Road.
