The U.S. Postal Service is issuing a performance-based Statement of Work for the purchase of retread tires and associated services. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be for three (3) year base period with two (2) two (2) year options not to exceed seven (7) years.

The U.S. Postal Service maintains a fleet of over 240,000 vehicles (approximately 138,000 are Long Life Vehicles (LLV)). As part of our Fleet Maintenance Program, the U.S. Postal Service is looking toward the retread tire industry to assist in reducing our vehicle maintenance costs.

Suppliers providing an offer must have the ability to provide retread services on a national basis or be capable of providing these services through a subcontracting program.

After registering, email both he Primary and Secondary Points of Contact as listed below, to let them know you have registered and are interested in participating. After informing the Primary and Secondary contact you are interested and have registered. you will be added to the eSourcing event to receive Solicitation 3D-22-A-0010 and Attachments through the eSourcing system.
