Description
Solicitation Number: 140R1724Q0004, Governor pump and motor refurbishment IDIQ for Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, WA

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need to the re-manufacture of thirty-six (36) 150 GPM@ 250 PSI, Type XX Herringbone oil pumps and associated motors for use on Main Unit Generator Governor oil systems at the Grand Coulee Dam and Powerplant. The governor oil pumps are required for the governor oil systems on main unit generator governor systems at Grand Coulee Dam and Powerplant. The governor oil pumps will be available for overhauls during the main unit work.

This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. We anticipate issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) by April 1, 2024, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site.

The Government anticipates awarding a single, five (5) year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of 6/1/2024 ¿ 05/31/2029, depending on actual award date. Pricing shall be provided for all five (5) years.

The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1724Q0004, (written) is approximately the first week of April 2024. The anticipated closing date is the fourth week of April. The anticipated award date is the last week of May. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted.

This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
