Description

This Request For Quote (RFQ) is a VOSB set-aside to support VA Northern California Healthcare System (VACCHCS).





The intent of this RFQ is to procure a corrective and preventative service agreement with option years for a

patient elopement wander management system at a VA facility.





See the Schedule in Section B. to fill-in pricing and information for the items being requested.

See the Delivery Schedule in Section B. to fill-in delivery time after receipt of order.
