Please see the Request for Proposal (RFP) and attachments for the Sustaining Engineering Support. This contractual effort is to obtain technical/sustaining engineering service support to provide the United States Air Force (USAF) H-60 System Program Office (SPO) access to the OEM proprietary and limited use engineering data (e.g. proprietary structural and component data, drawings, qualification data, analysis techniques), interrelated technical issues associated with operational and maintenance procedures, Deficiency Reports, Product Improvement Working Group action items, accident investigations, corrective action recommendations, and technical expertise required to adequately maintain operational, safety, suitability, and effectiveness (OSS&E) for the USAF H-60 fleet.
This is a sole source requirement to Sikorski Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main Street, Stratford CT 06615 (Cage Code: 78286), per authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
