Request for Proposal (RFP) W56HZV-23-R-0094 is hereby issued by Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA). The resulting contract will be a Five Year (Three Base Years and Two Option Years), Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract for the Teledyne FLIR Unmanned Ground Systems, Inc., for Robot Logistics Support Center (RLSC) technicians to support the overall sustainment of the Non-Commercial Government Robot Systems Man-Transportable Robotic System Inc II (MTRS Inc II) and Common Robotic System-Heavy (CRS-H).

This RFP is issued under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is 10 United States

Code (U.S.C.) 3204(a)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Specifically, FAR 6.302-1(a): and will result in one single award to Teledyne FLIR Unmanned Ground Systems, INC. (FLIR).

The contract will be for non-commercial supply and service contracting Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) under NAICS Code: 334511 with a size standard of 1350 employees.
