Description

Headquarters, US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to:



1. Create construction/design plans and cost estimate for a cattle watering pond located in the ravine north of Line 3A and just east of Road Q. To include a 3-4 vehicle gravel parking area, haul route(s), borrow area, an in-ground sand filter water collection pit, a dry fire hydrant and a tree removal plan. Water pump, piping, electrical and utility corridor layout will be presented as an option in the design plans. The design will include a detailed cost estimate to implement/construct the design plan.



2. Conduct a cultural resources phase I survey on the project area per the National Historic Preservation Act and the State of Iowa cultural resources survey Guidelines.of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-09-G-0001.



It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to American Ordnance LLC who is the Operating Contractor at IAAAP. Authority for this contract action shall be the Government Property Clause FAR 52.245-1 and will be effected as a task order under the existing BOA that is in place through Calendar Year 2033. Reference for this action shall be W519TC-24-R-A008.
