SUBJECT: Request for Architect/Engineer Qualifications
Architect/Engineer services are needed for various consultation and design services for the US Embassy in Singapore.
A & E services are needed to support several upcoming projects planned for the facility operations and building, and infrastructure repairs, replacements, and improvements carried out by the Office of Facility Management (FAC). Contractor shall be responsible for providing complete architectural and engineering consulting and design services. Services may include one or more architectural and engineering discipline including but not limited to architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, structural, civil, seismic, infrastructure, utilities, site, technical security, physical security, interior finishes, landscaping, telecommunications, furniture, fixtures, equipment.
We will select an Architect/Engineer firm based on technical qualifications. Firms wishing to be considered for this service should submit the attached Standard Form 330, instructions attached.
- Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm for the type of work required;
- Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required;
- Demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with schedules;
- Capacity to accomplish work;
- Knowledge of locality of project; and,
- Have on staff or sub-contract with a Board of Architects registered architect in Singapore and/or a registered engineer with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
- Business license to operate in Singapore
