VA seeks industry feedback and information regarding the availability, length, and cost of completing Program Evaluation services within the Education Service portfolio.
The Government is seeking the following information to be provided by vendors when responding to this sources sought notice:
Provide experience/examples completing Program Evaluation services within an Education portfolio.
Provide experience/examples effectively planning, communicating, and executing an audit within its defined scope, including scheduling resources, conducting meetings and using appropriate techniques to identify, gather, and classify objective evidence. Provide experience/examples utilizing interpersonal skills to conduct interviews, entrance and exit briefings, and resolve conflict while completing an evaluation.
Ability to provide Education Service stakeholders with a program evaluation report that includes a plan to address any areas of deficiency, highlighting the areas of areas of strength and weakness.
