The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) has a need for Janitorial/Cleaning Supplies for the Housekeeping Department, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The solicitation number is 75H70723Q00011 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339999 with a business size standard 500.

This requirement is a Set-Aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) and only quotes from qualified offerors will be considered.

ONLY ONE AWARD WILL RESULT FROM THIS SOLICITATION.

This solicitation will result in a Single Award with a Base + 2 Option Years from date of award based on Satisfactory Performance ratings.

State Taxes for labor/service costs (The Indian Health Service is exempt from New Mexico State Taxes for materials and supplies.)

All responsible offerors that respond to this solicitation must submit their proposals by11/21/2022, by COB 3:30 p.m., (MDT). Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.
