Place of Performance:
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Qty 2 EA; Repair York Chillers. This requirement is a manufacturer sole sourced to York authorized dealer American Building Comfort Services Inc. ABCS, Inc., 1300 Graves Ave., Oxnard, CA 93030 due to original installer. ABCS, Inc., is authorized and specialized in these unique repairs and knowledgeable to manage the complex operation and maintenance (O&M) of the chillers, to existing equipment that is currently in use and that is Urgently needing repaired. Any firms believing that they can provide the complex and extensive repairs required for the York Chillers may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0091 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Unique Entity ID number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
